Engineer Vincenzo Consorti (Tax Code CNSVCN61E05E343Z, email: dpo@setek.it) is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Setek S.r.l. and Setek Consulting S.r.l.
In accordance with Article 39(1) of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the DPO is entrusted with the following tasks:
- Informing and advising the controller or processor, and employees involved in processing, of their obligations under the GDPR and other data protection provisions
- Monitoring compliance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising, and staff training
- Providing advice, when requested, on data protection impact assessments and monitoring their performance (Art. 35)
- Cooperating with the Data Protection Authority
- Acting as the contact point for the Data Protection Authority, including prior consultation (Art. 36)
