The measure at a glance
A non-repayable de minimis grant established by the MIMIT Ministerial Decree of 18 July 2025. Total allocation of €150 million, of which €71 million is reserved for spending plans carried out in Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.

Who can apply
The voucher is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed workers (including professionals) with an operational site in Italy and a fixed-line connectivity contract of at least 30 Mbps in download. SMEs must comply with the catastrophe insurance obligation.
Each beneficiary may submit one application only, for new and additional solutions, or solutions more advanced than those already in use, purchased from suppliers listed in the MIMIT register. Only expenses incurred after the application is submitted are eligible. SETEK guides you from the eligibility check to service selection, implementation and reporting.

SETEK is qualified for all 23 service types covered by the measure, delivered on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. In the province of Pescara it is one of only four suppliers also qualified for IaaS/PaaS cloud and SaaS applications: the other eight Pescara suppliers in the register cover only hardware, software and professional services. Each type has a code that must be stated in the application.

SETEK AI Hub is SETEK's SaaS software licence built on Claude, under type D3 of the MIMIT register. In every spending plan it gathers events, alerts and results from the solutions purchased with the voucher in one place, explains them in plain language, proposes the next actions and produces periodic reports. 12-month licence (direct purchase, 6,000 and 10,000 euro plans) or subscription of at least 24 months, protected access, activity log, data in the European Union.
Four ready-made offer lines, with spending plans of 6,000, 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 and 40,000 euros, always including SETEK AI Hub, the security and cloud products and the professional design and implementation services. Quantities are tailored to your organisation.

In the application the beneficiary states the chosen supplier and the identification code of each service, made of SETEK's supplier ID and the service type code: for example VCCFA2600000616-A2 for a next-generation firewall or VCCFA2600000616-C2 for cloud storage and backup.
The same code, together with the assigned CUP, must appear on the invoices for reporting. The SETEK offer you attach to the application already includes the codes, the cost items and the description of the starting point and the expected improvement.

Three steps to use your voucher
By 20 October: check and prepare
Together we verify your eligibility and the spending plan (minimum €4,000). You need the legal representative's SPID, CIE or CNS digital identity, a digital signature, an active PEC, a 30 Mbps connectivity contract and catastrophe insurance.
From 20 October: pre-fill, on 10 November submit
We prepare the signed SETEK offer on the MIMIT form, with service codes and cost items, and pre-fill the application. On 10 November from 12:00 CET you submit: chronological order counts.
After approval: activate and report
Direct purchases within 12 months, subscriptions signed within 30 days for at least 24 months. First progress claim once 50% is paid, disbursement no earlier than 3 months after approval. Invoices must carry the CUP and the service code.
The comparison with other suppliers is SETEK's own analysis of the MIMIT register of qualified suppliers consulted on 13 October 2026, with the province derived from the VAT number. Training services are not eligible under this voucher and SETEK does not provide them within the measure.
